Six months follow up care within New Zealand. You can choose whether to have your follow up appointments with a member of our dedicated clinical team at Fendalton Eye Clinic in Christchurch or with your own local optometrist. Either way we will liaise with your choosen follow up provider to ensure you achieve the desired outcome

The best way to determine if laser eye surgery is the right option for you is to have a free laser eye surgery assessment with a member of the technical team. We offer free laser vision screening assessments with a member of our technical team at Fendalton Eye Clinic in Christchurch and at our satellite clinics in Invercargill, Dunedin, Queenstown, Nelson and Timaru. At the free laser eye surgery assessment we take measurements of your eyes and discuss your specific focusing issues whether it be short sightedness, far sightedness, astigmatism or presbyopia. We will advise you of the options available to you to meet your visual needs.

Laser eye surgery cost

Cost of LASIK – $3600 per eye
- for the correction of short sightedness (myopia), long sightedness (hyperopia) and astigmatism.
Cost of SMILEpro Eye Laser – $3600 per eye
- a minimally invasive and flapless procedure suitable for the correction of short sightedness (myopia) and astigmatism
Cost of PRK – Advanced Surface Treatment – $3600 per eye
- (PRK) – Indicated for low corrections & thin corneas. For the correction of short sightedness with or without astigmatism

Q Card & Q Mastercard

Corrective laser eye treatment is now more achievable with the option of *18 months interest free for purchases over $3000.

*18 months interest free is available on Long Term Finance (LTF) for in-clinic transactions only. Offer valid for laser eye surgery only (SMILEpro, LASIK or PRK). To qualify for 18 months interest free with Q Card and Q Mastercard, surgery must be performed between 01/01/2025 and 30/04/2025 and booked prior to 28th February 2025 . Minimum spend $3000. Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, Ts&Cs apply. $55 Establishment Fee applies to your first Long Term Finance (LTF) transaction, $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions. Min payments of 3% of the monthly closing balance or $10 (whichever is greater) are required throughout interest free period. Paying only the minimum monthly payments will not fully repay the loan before the end of the interest free period. GEM VISA

12 Months interest free is available with gem visa for a limited time on purchases $3000 and over.
