In 1999 I started working as an optometrist in Christchurch before travelling overseas where I worked as a practice manager in the U.K. I began working at the Fendalton Eye Clinic in 2005 after returning home to Christchurch.
At the clinic I assist patients both pre and post-operatively with their LASIK treatment. I enjoy being part of the team helping patients with their journey to better vision.
When I am not at the clinic I have two school aged children who I taxi around Christchurch.
I had my personal High Definition LASIK treatment in 2006. Now after more than 15 years of freedom from glasses and contact lens I have nearly forgotten the hassle of blurry vision. I take my clear vision for granted when I am walking the Port Hills, cycling at the gym or just having coffee with friends.
