Laser Eye Surgery Pricing

  • LASIK: $3,750 per eye
    For the correction of short‑sightedness (myopia), long‑sightedness (hyperopia) and astigmatism
  • SMILEpro Laser Eye Surgery: $3,750 per eye
    A minimally invasive, flap‑free procedure suitable for short‑sightedness and astigmatism
  • PRK (Advanced Surface Treatment): $3,750 per eye
    Indicated for low corrections or thin corneas, for the correction of short‑sightedness with or without astigmatism

Important Information

24 months interest‑free is available on Long Term Finance (LTF) with Q Card or Q Mastercard for laser eye surgery procedures only (LASIK, SMILEpro or PRK) performed at Fendalton Eye Clinic during February and March 2026. A minimum spend of $3,000 applies.

Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, Ts&Cs apply. $55 Establishment Fee applies to your first Long Term Finance (LTF) transaction, $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions. Min payments of 3% of the monthly closing balance or $10 (whichever is greater) are required throughout interest free period. Paying only the minimum monthly payments will not fully repay the loan before the end of the interest free period. Standard Interest Rate of 28.95% p.a. applies to outstanding balance at the end of LTF interest free period. Other interest rates and fees may apply. Rates and fees subject to change. New customers need to apply and be approved for a Q Mastercard credit card. No. The promotion applies only to laser eye surgery and does not include refractive lens exchange (RLE), cataract surgery, or other treatments.

What happens if there is a balance remaining after 24 months?

If the outstanding balance is not paid in full by the end of the interest‑free period, the standard interest rate of 28.95% p.a. will apply to the remaining balance.

Who is eligible for the 24 months interest free offer?

The offer is available to patients undergoing laser eye surgery only (LASIK, SMILEpro or PRK) at Fendalton Eye Clinic during February and March 2026, using Q Card or Q Mastercard, subject to lending approval and minimum spend requirements

Do I need to have a Q Card or Q Mastercard already?

If you are not an existing Q Card or Q Mastercard holder, you will need to apply and be approved before treatment can proceed. Approval is subject to standard lending criteria.
